Changes to FHA underwriting are occurring rapidly. Impaired credit scores down to 500 middle score may be acceptable under some circumstances. Loans that did not close last year are closing now. The HARP program is available if you are under water on value. FHA low score\/No Score program is for you if credit is the issue.<\/p>\n
