Bethanie \u201cJacey\u201d Winn is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and plans to expand her licensure to other states. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she was actively involved in several organizations, including President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Executive Editor of the Arkansas Journal for Social Change and Public Service, and Vice President of If\/When\/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. During law school, Jacey also served as a Rule XV Student Attorney at the Delta Divorce Clinic, representing clients pro bono in divorce proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her Juris Doctor, Jacey holds a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas. Outside of her legal practice, Jacey is deeply committed to community service, regularly volunteering with animal welfare organizations and raising money for Children\u2019s Miracle Network Hospitals in various capacities. Her unique legal expertise and longstanding dedication to public service allow her to approach client matters with a well-rounded perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
